摘 要:以科特迪瓦科科迪桥为背景,使用白色水泥、白色矿粉、白色石灰石粉制备高白度高强C60混凝土。研究表明,掺20%白色石灰石粉和10%矿粉时,白度接近最高值87。对不同配比胶凝材料的水化热分析表明,掺20%石灰石粉、10%矿粉时水化热在41 h时降至224 J/g,满足低水化热要求,降低了大体积混凝土内部结构的温度应力,减小结构开裂风险。对采用最优配合比制备的C60混凝土进行耐久性试验,RCM法测得的56 d氯离子迁移系数为2.6×10^(-12)m^(2)/s,表明该混凝土具有抗海湾环境侵蚀性能。High whiteness and high strength C60 concrete was prepared with white cement,white mineral powder and white limestone powder against the background of Cocody bridge projectin Cote d'Ivoire.The results show that when use 20%white limestone powder and 10%mineral powder,the whiteness is close to 87.The hydration heat of gelled materials with different proportions was tested and analyzed.The hydration heat of gelled materials mixed with 20%limestone powder and 10%mineral powder decreased to 224 J/g in 41 h,meeting the requirements of low hydration heat,reducing the temperature stress of internal structure of mass concrete and reducing the risk of structural cracking.Chloride Ion Diffusion Coefficients of Concrete in 56 d was 2.6×10^(-12)m^(2)/s by RCM method.The results show that the design of marine concrete has resistance to seawater erosion.
