摘  要:研究了混凝土不同裂缝宽度、涂刷龄期及混凝土强度对水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料自修复效果的影响,并改进修复方法。结果表明:迎水面1 mm以下裂缝宽度可完全不透水,有防水作用;背水面0.3 mm以下的裂缝宽度可以修复,且裂缝宽度越小、涂刷龄期越早,自修复越快效果越好;在C30、C15混凝土中,28、35、56 d的涂层抗压强度均高于基准组,1 d涂覆涂层优于7 d涂覆涂层,且C15较C30混凝土的涂层、预压80%涂层和压破涂层对力学性能提高与修复的效果更好。The effects of different crack width,brushing age and concrete strength on the self-repair effect of cement based permeable crystalline waterproof coating were studied,and the repair method was improved.The results show that the crack width below 1 mm can be completely impermeable and waterproof,and the crack width below 0.3 mm can be repaired,the smaller the crack width,the earlier the brushing age,the faster the self-repair effect,the better the crack width can be repaired.In C30 and C15 concrete,the compressive strength of the coating on 28 d,35 d and 56 d is higher than that of the reference group,and the coating of 1 d was better than that of 7 d coating,and C15 has better effect on improving mechanical properties and repairing than C30 concrete coating,preloading 80%coating and crushing coating.
