摘 要:研究了发泡剂种类及掺量对淤泥固化土固化性能的影响。试验结果表明,双氧水和蛋白型发泡剂适用于淤泥固化土发泡,发泡剂掺量增加会降低固化土的抗压强度和干密度、提高孔隙率;双氧水的最佳掺量为0.6%,此时固化土的孔隙率为47.91%、7 d抗压强度为0.821 MPa;蛋白型发泡剂的最佳掺量为0.1%,此时固化土的孔隙率为51.13%,7 d抗压强度为0.895 MPa;双氧水与蛋白型发泡剂对比,后者生产的泡沫更为细腻绵密,对增大固化土的孔隙率更为有利。This paper mainly studies the effect of foaming agent on the solidification performance of silt solidified soil.It is found that hydrogen peroxide and protein foaming agent are suitable for foaming of sludge solidified soil,and the increase of foaming agent content will reduce the compressive strength and dry density of solidified soil,and increase the porosity.The optimum content of hydrogen peroxide is 0.6%,the porosity is increased to 47.91%,and the 7 d compressive strength is 0.821 MPa.The optimum content of protein foaming agent is 0.1%,the porosity is increased to 51.13%,and the 7 d compressive strength is 0.895 MPa.Compared with the two foaming agents,the foam produced by the latter is more delicate,and is more beneficial to enhance the porosity of solidified soil.
