摘　　要：土地革命战争初期,韦拔群在发动和领导农民运动的过程中,积累了宝贵的群众工作经验:通过办学校,教育启迪群众;通过丰富的宣传手段,积极发动群众;通过培训地方干部,以点带面铺开群众工作;通过为群众办实事,团结争取群众;通过发挥共产党员的模范带头作用,密切党群关系。韦拔群的群众工作方法在新时代仍具有重要的现实意义。In the early days of the Agrarian Revolutionary War,Wei Baqun accumulated valuable experience in the mass work when launching and guiding the peasant movement:educating and enlightening the masses by running schools,mobilizing them through the active revolutionary publicity,training local revolutionary leaders for carrying the mass work,uniting the local people by assisting them,and strengthening the relationship between the Communist Party of China and the masses by giving full play to the exemplary leading role of the Party members.Wei Baqun’s mass work strategies still have practical significance in the new era.
