摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位埋线联合轻断食及中频脉冲电治疗对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者糖脂代谢相关指标的影响。方法:将2017年3月至2020年3月在本院生殖内分泌门诊收治的37例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为观察组(19例)和对照组(18例),对照组给予健康教育,观察组给予穴位埋线、轻断食饮食干预及中频脉冲电治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果、体重变化、糖脂代谢指标、中医症候群积分变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率94.74%,治疗后观察组腰臀比、体重指数、血糖、胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗、甘油三酯、胆固醇均明显降低,中医症状明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线联合轻断食及中频脉冲电治疗可明显改善肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者糖脂代谢,治疗效果好,安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effects of acupoint cat-burying combined with the Fast Diet and medium frequency pulse electric therapy on the related indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:37 cases of obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into observer(19 cases)and control group(18 cases).The control group was given health education,and the observation group was given acupoint catch-embedding,light fasting diet intervention and medium frequency pulse electric therapy.The treatment effect,weight change,glucose and lipid metabolism indexes and TCM syndrome score of 2 groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.74%.After treatment,WHR,BMI,blood glucose,insulin,insulin resistance,triglyceride and cholesterol in the observation group were significantly reduced,and the symptoms of Traditional Chinese medicine were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cat-embedding at acupoint combined with the Fast Diet and medium frequency pulse electric therapy can significantly improve the glucose and lipid metabolism of obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,with good therapeutic effect and high safety.
