摘 要:水资源短缺及保护问题是全世界关注的热点研究之一,目前,水资源保护已从单一视角下水环境质量变化,转变为水资源、水环境、水生态的“三水统筹”的理念发展,而水足迹作为一项综合评价水资源占用的指标,为研究水资源可持续利用与保护提供了新的思路方法。通过对国内外文献进行汇总分析,探讨了水足迹理论发展过程、水足迹理论应用趋势以及水足迹核算方法进展,所得结论为:开展对高耗水、高污染行业水足迹减排低消耗化进行量化与评价、运用经济学指标与水足迹相结合分析,采用三维立体模型、动态多目标优化理论等新理论技术,在碳减排、碳中和背景下,提出了开展水足迹、碳足迹核算,推动水足迹理论在环境保护中的应用是今后水足迹研究的主要发展方向。The shortage and protection of water resources is one of the hot research issues concerned all over the world.At present,water resources protection has changed from a single perspective to the development of the concept of"three water overall planning"of water resources,water environment and water ecology.As an index for comprehensively evaluating the occupation of water resources,water footprint provides a new idea and method for the study of sustainable utilization and protection of water resources.By summarizing and analyzing the literature at home and abroad,this paper introduces the development process of water footprint theory,the application trend of water footprint theory and the progress of water footprint accounting methods.The conclusions are as follows:quantifying and evaluating the low consumption of water footprint emission reduction in high water consumption and high pollution industries,analyzing the combination of economic indicators and water footprint,and adopting new theories and technologies such as three-dimensional model and dynamic multi-objective optimization theory under the background of carbon neutralization.The main development direction of water footprint research in the future is to carry out water footprint and carbon footprint accounting as well as promote the application of water footprint theory in environmental protection.
