微分测汞仪法测试水中总汞的条件优化

摘  要:为减少使用化学试剂的品种及用量,避免因试剂的影响导致空白偏高的问题,选取HJ 597-2011《水质总汞的测定冷原子吸收分光光度法》中的“高锰酸钾-过硫酸钾消解法”方法为研究对象,采用高锰酸钾-硫酸消解,微分测汞仪测定水中汞,对优化后的方法进行了标准曲线线性系数、方法检出限、正确度和实际水样的精密度等各种性能验证:低浓度和高浓度标准曲线线性系数分别为0.9994和0.9998,都符合标准中r≥0.999的要求;对方法进行了试剂空白加标验证,方法检出限符合HJ 597-2011《水质总汞的测定冷原子吸收分光光度法》要求;选取高、低质控样进行实验,分析结果及平均值都在保证值范围内;采集的2份生产废水样品由同一人进行分析,6次检测结果相对标准偏差分别为6.2%、9.0%,小于10%。同时优化后的方法,能有效地减少化学试剂的品种及用量,避免因试剂的影响导致空白偏高的问题,比原国标方法(HJ 597-2011)更适合水质中总汞的测定。In order to reduce the variety and dosage of chemical reagents and avoid the problem of high blank due to the influence of reagents,this paper selects the"potassium permanganate-potassium persulfate digestion method"in HJ 597-2011 Determination of Total Mercury in Water Quality by Cold Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry as the research object.Potassium permanganate and sulfuric acid digestion is used.differential mercury measurement instrument is used to measure mercury in water.The linear coefficient of the standard curve,the detection limit of the method,the accuracy of the method and the precision of the actual water sample were verified.The linear coefficient of the standard curve for low concentration and high concentration was 0.9994 and 0.9998 respectively,which all met the requirement of R≥0.999 in the standard.The method was verified by reagent blank labeling,and the detection limit of the method met the requirements of HJ 597-2011 Cold Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry for the Determination of Total Mercury in Water.High-and low-quality control samples were selected for the experiment,and the analysis results and average values were within the guaranteed value range;The two waste water samples collected were analyzed by the same person,and the relative standard deviations of the six test results were 6.2%and 9.0%,respectively,which were less than 10%.At the same time,the optimized method can effectively reduce the variety and dosage of chemical reagents,avoid the problem of high blank caused by the influence of reagents,which is more suitable for the Determination of Total Mercury in Water Quality than the original national standard method(HJ 597-2011).
