西充县河流水质现状调查及污染防治对策研究

摘　　要：利用2018~2020年西充县四条水质监测数据,分析了西充县河流水质现状及其变化趋势。结果表明:2018~2020年间,西充县河流水质状况虽参差不齐,水质在Ⅱ~劣Ⅴ类之间变动,但河流水质随时间推移由呈逐渐改善的趋势,例如,2018~2020年虹溪河由Ⅴ类水转变符合《地表水环境质量标准》的Ⅲ类水;此外,针对西充县河流存在城镇生活污染、农村面源污染、污水管网及处理设施滞后等问题,提出了治理及整改措施,即:①加快推进城乡雨污管网改造;②按序推动污水处理设施改建升级;③全面开展流域生态环境综合治理;④加密监测流域乡镇交界断面水质;⑤全面加强水生态环境巡查监管;⑥开展“利剑斩污”专项行动。Based on the water quality monitoring data of four rivers in Xichong County from 2018 to 2020,this paper analyzes the current situation and change trend of river water quality.Through the investigation of the basin,it is found that the environmental problems are serious and need to be solved urgently.And the basin governance and rectification measures have been put forward.The results show that:from 2018 to 2020,the water quality of rivers in Xichong County which changes from class II to worse than Class V is uneven,and the river water quality shows a trend of gradual improvement with time passed.For example,from 2018 to 2020,Hongxi river changed from class V water to class III water which met the Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water.Furthermore,the rivers in Xichong County have some environmental problems such as urban domestic pollution,rural non-point source pollution,lag of sewage pipe network and treatment facilities.In view of the existing problems,treatment and rectification measuresareput forward as follows:①accelerating the transformation of urban and rural rainwater as well as sewage pipe network②promoting the reconstruction and upgrading of sewage treatment facilities in sequence③carrying out the comprehensive treatment of ecological environment④densifying the monitoring of water quality at the junction of villages and towns⑤strengthening the inspection and supervision of water ecological environment⑥carrying out the special action of"cutting pollution with a sword".
