摘 要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了菊花挥发油,探究了提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌及其产毒的抑制效果,确定了挥发油的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),研究了pH值对其抑菌效果的影响及其对金黄色葡萄球菌耐热核酸酶的影响,并采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对挥发油的主要成分进行了分析。结果表明:挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌具有一定抑菌作用,且pH值与其抑菌效果有显著关系;对菊花挥发油进行指纹图谱测定,也可为菊花挥发油的进一步开发利用提供一定的依据。In this study,the volatile oil of Chrysanthemum was extracted by steam distillation to explore the inhibitory effect of the extract on Staphylococcusaureus and its toxic production,The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of the volatile oil was determined.The effects of pH on the antibacterial effect and the heat-resistant nuclease of Staphylococcus aureus were studied.The main components of volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that volatile oil had certain bacteriostatic effect on Staphylococcus aureus,and there was a significant relationship between pH and bacteriostatic effect.In order to provide a basis for further development and utilization of volatile oil from chrysanthemum,fingerprint determination was carried out.
