摘　　要：肿瘤整合康复治疗旨在帮助肿瘤患者获得最大的身体、社会、心理和职业功能支持,不仅可以减少肿瘤治疗过程中的各种不良反应带来的负面影响,并且能显著改善肿瘤患者的生存质量。多学科肿瘤康复团队是肿瘤整合康复的临床实践基础,团队成员包括临床(中)医师、护士(师)、营养师、运动治疗师/康复理疗师、心理咨询/心理治疗师/精神科医师、个案管理师等,关键技术涉及营养、运动、心理和症状的筛查、测评、治疗与疗效评价,以及针对症状管理制定明确的康复管理方法。创建肿瘤整合康复治疗规范化示范病房有助于将多模式整合康复(营养、运动、心理、症状管理)诊疗规范落实到临床实践,提升康复治疗水平、提高肿瘤患者生活质量、延长患者生存期。Cancer integrated rehabilitation therapy aims to help cancer patients obtain the maximum physical,social,psychological and vocational functioning.It can not only reduce the negative effects of various adverse reactions in the process of cancer treatment,but also significantly improve the quality of life.Multidisciplinary cancer rehabilitation team is the clinical practice basis of cancer integrated rehabilitation.The team members include clinician(traditional Chinese physician),nurses,nutritionists,exercise therapists/rehabilitation physiotherapists,psychological counseling/psychotherapists/psychiatrists,case manager,etc.The key technologies involve screening,evaluation,treatment and efficacy evaluation of nutrition,exercise,psychology and symptom,and make rehabilitation plans for symptom management.The establishment of standardized demonstration ward of cancer integrated rehabilitation treatment will help to implement the diagnosis and treatment norms of multi-mode integrated rehabilitation(nutrition,exercise,psychology and symptom management)into clinical practice,improve the level of rehabilitation treatment,improve the quality of life,and prolong the survival of cancer patients.
