摘　　要：为了满足消防系统线路对电缆防火性能要求以及施工现场桥架弯道多、转弯半径小、电缆需扭曲、多芯大截面电缆敷设等特殊条件下应用需求,研制了一种额定电压0.6/1 kV矿物绝缘铜带联锁铠装柔性防火电缆。介绍了该电缆的结构设计、材料选择、工艺措施以及制造工艺要点。该电缆通过在导体、绝缘、成缆、挤包矿物隔离层、铜带联锁铠装等工艺结构上的创新,提高了电缆的柔性、常温及高温950℃下的绝缘性能、耐火性能及抗冲击机械保护能力。In order to meet the requirements of fire protection system lines for cable fireproof performance and the application requirements under special conditions such as many bridge bends, small turning radius, cable twisting and multi-core and large cross-section cable laying on the construction site, a mineral insulated copper tape interlocking armored flexible fireproof cable with rated voltage of 0.6/1 kV is developed. The structure design, material selection, process measures and key points of manufacturing process of the cable are introduced. Through the innovation in the process structure of conductor, insulation, cable forming, extruded mineral isolation layer and copper tape interlocking armor, the cable improves the flexibility, insulation performance at room temperature and high temperature of 950 ℃, fire resistance and impact resistance mechanical protection ability.
