摘  要:为了使各类建筑用电缆产品顺利出口欧盟,必须遵循CE-CPR指令对其进行改型设计及测试。相对于其他建筑用电力、控制、通信电缆,建筑用同轴射频电缆的阻燃设计受限于结构既定具有一定的特殊性,尤其是细径(≤10 mm)同轴射频电缆的阻燃设计难度较大。对EN 13501-6:2014标准燃烧性能E等级的细径聚乙烯(PE)绝缘同轴射频电缆的阻燃设计展开了试验研究,研究结果表明:提高编织密度、降低PE滴流性和提高护套材料阻燃性是提高该类编织屏蔽结构电缆阻燃性的主要途径,提高屏蔽层数、绝缘厚度和护套厚度是提高该类金属箔屏蔽+编织屏蔽结构电缆阻燃性的主要途径,不建议采用在PE绝缘料里增加阻燃剂的途径提高该类电缆阻燃性。In order to successfully export all kinds of construction cable products to the EU, they must be modification designed and tested in accordance with CE-CPR directive. Compared with other power, control and communication cables for building, the flame retardant design of coaxial RF cable for building is limited by the established structure and has certain particularity, especially the flame retardant design of fine diameter(≤10 mm) coaxial RF cable is more difficult. The flame retardant design of fine diameter polyethylene(PE) insulated coaxial RF cable with combustion performance class Ein EN 13501-6:2014 standard is experimentally studied. The results show that the main ways to improve the flame retardancy of this kind of braided shielded structure cable are to improve the braided density, reduce PE trickle and improve the flame retardancy of sheath material. The main ways to improve the flame retardancy of this kind of metal foil shielded + braided shielded structure cable are to improve the number of shielding layers, insulation thickness and sheath thickness. It is not recommended to increase the flame retardancy of this kind of cable by adding flame retardant in PE insulating material.
