摘  要:为了满足雷达通信系统用光缆的小型化、多芯数、等时延、高强度和高环境适应性的使用要求,自主研发了多芯等时延小型化雷达通信系统用光缆。采用多芯光纤密集成束技术、光纤小张力精确控制工艺、薄壁护套挤塑工艺、金属螺旋铠管和芳纶编织复合结构设计等,实现了12芯光缆外径3.36 mm、线质量17.5 g/m、光纤长度差0.06%、弯曲半径小、机械性能优异和环境适应性能好等设计要求。该小型化、多路光信号同步传输、优异的环境适应性能的光缆产品为我国雷达通信系统发展提供了支撑。In order to meet the requirements of miniaturization, multi-core, equal delay, high strength and high environmental adaptability of optical cable for radar communication system, the multi-core equal delay miniaturized optical cable for radar communication system is independently developed. Using multi-core optical fiber dense bundling technology, optical fiber small tension precise control technology, thin-walled sheath extrusion technology, metal spiral armor tube and aramid braided composite structure design, the design requirements of 12-core optical cable with outer diameter of 3.36 mm, lineic mass of 17.5 g/m, optical fiber length difference of 0.06%, small bending radius, excellent mechanical performance and good environmental adaptability are realized. The optical cable product with miniaturization, synchronous transmission of multi-channel optical signals and excellent environmental adaptability provides support for the development of radar communication system in China.
