摘　　要：为解决电线电缆企业面临的生产杂乱无序、材料消耗失控和质量管控难等问题,提出了一种基于企业资源计划系统(ERP)的数字化规范化电线电缆制造方案。该制造方案的实施过程可分为完善电缆标准物料清单(BOM)、生产订单管理、供应链管理及原材料检验、车间作业管理及半成品和成品检验4个阶段。电线电缆企业通过基于ERP系统的自身改造,建设数字化信息系统,打造规范化生产方式,可实现生产过程有序化、生产成本透明化、生产质量可追溯性。In order to solve the problems of disorderly production, uncontrolled material consumption and difficult quality control faced by wire and cable enterprises, the digitalization and standardization of wire and cable manufacturing scheme based on ERP is proposed. The implementation process of the manufacturing scheme can be divided into four stages: improving the cable standard BOM, production order management, supply chain management and raw material inspection, workshop operation management and semi-finished product and finished product inspection. Through self transformation based on ERP system, wire and cable enterprises build digital information system and create standardized production mode, which can realize orderly production process, transparency of production cost and traceability of production quality.
