摘 要:MoS_(2)因其独特的二维“三明治”层状结构在电学、能源和催化等领域备受关注。由于S、Mo原子配位模式的不同,MoS_(2)主要以1T-MoS_(2)和2H-MoS_(2)两种形式存在。通常,1T-MoS_(2)拥有更大的层间距和更多的催化活性位点,在许多领域都表现出了比2H-MoS_(2)更优异的性能。通过控制2H-MoS_(2)中S平面的横向位移和Mo 3d轨道电子填充状态,可以定向调控2H-MoS_(2)生成1T-MoS_(2)。综述了2H-MoS_(2)定向调控制备1T-Mo S_(2)的研究进展;对影响调控过程的主要因素及相应的调控方法和机理进行了详细阐述;同时总结了1T-MoS_(2)在析氢、电池、光和热催化领域的应用;此外,还对1T-MoS_(2)在未来的实际应用前景进行了展望。MoS_(2) has drawn significant attention in the field of electricity,energy and catalysis due to their unique two-dimensional"sandwiched"layered structure.MoS_(2) mainly exists in the form of 1T-MoS_(2) and 2H-MoS_(2) because the different coordination modes of Mo with S atoms.In general,1T-MoS_(2) possesses a larger interlayer spacing and more catalytically active sites,and shows better performance than 2H-MoS_(2) in many fields.1T-MoS_(2) can be synthesized via regulating the lateral displacement of the S-plane in 2H-MoS_(2)and the electron filling state of the Mo 3d orbital.The research progress of the preparation of 1T-MoS_(2) from 2H-MoS_(2) by direct regulation is reviewed.The main factors affecting the regulation process and the corresponding regulation methods and mechanisms are described in detail.At the same time,the application of 1T-MoS_(2) in hydrogen evolution,battery,photo and thermal catalysis is summarized.In addition,the practical application of 1T-MoS_(2) in the future are prospected.
