摘  要:以市场上常用的E型酸性染料为参照,基于其优异的使用性能,研发一套新的K型酸性染料。K型酸性染料克服了现有E型酸性染料酸性黄E2R存在的溶解度较低、化料静置容易出现浑浊、染色重现性差等缺点,同时兼具优良的颜色重现性、高温定形颜色稳定、色牢度优异等优点;与E型染料相比,性价比更高。Taking the commonly used E-type acid dye as reference,a new set of K-type acid dye was developed based on its excellent performance.K-type acid dyes overcome the shortcomings of the existing E-type acid dyes acid yel⁃low E2R,such as low solubility,easy turbidity of chemical materials when standing,poor dyeing reproducibility,etc.At the same time,it has the advantages of excellent color reproducibility,high temperature setting color stability,excellent color fastness,etc.Compared with E-type dyes,it is more cost-effective.
