浅析针织物抗勾丝性能的影响因素

摘　　要：人们对纺织品质量的要求日益提高,优良的抗勾丝性能是对针织物品质的基本要求。分析针织物的纤维纱线、织物结构、染整等对针织物抗勾丝性能的影响。结果表明:要使针织物具有良好的抗勾丝性能,需要优选原料纤维的截面形状和纱线的捻度,高弹性、高伸长性、高捻度、条干均匀性的纱线有利于织物的抗勾丝性能,同时需要结合织物风格、服用要求选择适当的织物组织密度等参数,在染整加工过程中选择合理的柔软剂。In the face of the increasing quality requirements of textiles,knitted fabric with excellent snagging resis⁃tance is the basic requirement of fabric product quality.The influences of fiber yarn,fabric structure,dyeing and finishing of knitted fabric on the snagging resistance of knitted fabric were analyzd.The results show that in order to make knitted fabrics have good snagging resistance,it is necessary to optimize the cross-section shape of raw fiber and the twist of yarn.The yarn with high elasticity,high elongation,high twist and evenness is conducive to the snagging resistance of the fabric.At the same time,it is necessary to select appropriate parameters such as fabric texture density in combination with fabric style and wearing requirements,and select reasonable softener in the process of dyeing and finishing.
