摘  要:为了解毛用活性染料对壳聚糖纤维非织布的染色性能,研究毛用活性染料对壳聚糖纤维非织布的染色动力学和染色工艺影响因素。结果表明,活性艳黄3GL对壳聚糖纤维的上染符合准二级动力学模型;随着染色温度的升高,平衡上染量变化不大,反应速率常数增大,半染时间缩短;毛用活性染料对壳聚糖纤维非织布的优化染色工艺为:匀染剂质量浓度1.0 g/L,染浴pH 4,室温入染,以1℃/min升温至70℃,保温染色30 min,此条件下染色具有较好的提升性和色牢度。In order to understand the dyeing properties of chitosan fiber nonwoven fabrics with wool reac⁃tive dyes,the dyeing kinetics and the influencing factors of dyeing process of chitosan fiber nonwoven fabrics with wool reactive dyes were studied.The results showed that the dyeing of chitosan fibers by reactive bril⁃liant yellow 3GL was in accordance with the quasi-second-order kinetic model.With the increase of dyeing temperature,the equilibrium dyeing amount was basically unchanged,the reaction rate constant increased,and the half-dyeing time decreased.The optimal dyeing process of chitosan fiber nonwoven fabrics with wool reactive dyes was as follows:the mass concentration of leveling agent 1.0 g/L,dyeing bath pH 4,the dyeing was carried in at room temperature,the temperature was raised to 70℃at 1℃/min,and held for 30 min.Un⁃der these conditions,the chitosan fiber nonwoven fabrics showed a good dyeing lift and color fastness.
