摘  要:研究了阳离子染料亚甲基蓝和阴离子染料甲基橙在混凝过程中的降解,关键材料是以二氧化硅成分为主的天然混凝剂红土,铝铁离子在降解过程中作为辅助剂,探究电荷中和、双电层压缩和混凝剂脱色反应的机理。研究发现,亚甲基蓝和甲基橙的复杂分子结构被降解为更小的碳氢化合物,红土同时形成倍半硅氧烷;进一步分析后发现,倍半硅氧烷是具有良好混凝效果和低体积污泥的最终降解产物。通过比较铝基混凝剂和红土可以发现,这两种混凝剂的性能具有非常清晰的特征,为新型天然混凝剂有效降解染料提供新的借鉴。The degradation of cationic dyes methylene blue and anionic dyes methyl orange in the coagu⁃lation process was studied.The key materials were natural coagulant laterite mainly composed of silica,and aluminum iron ions were used as auxiliary agents in the degradation process.The mechanisms of charge neu⁃tralization,electric double-layer compression and coagulant decolorization were explored.It was found that the complex molecular structures of methylene blue and methyl orange were degraded into smaller hydrocar⁃bon forms,and at the same time,sesimiloxane was formed.Further analysis showed that sesimiciloxane was the final degradation product of sludge with good coagulation effect and low volume.Through the comparative experimental analysis of aluminium-based coagulants and laterites,the performance of these two coagulants had very clear characteristics,which provided a new reference for the effective degradation of dyes by new natural coagulants.
