摘　　要：将全面质量管理理念引入产品开发,通过逐级实验验证筒纱平滑剂L-3的应用性能是否符合设计质量要求。结果表明,筒纱平滑剂L-3是以高密度氧化聚乙烯蜡为主结构的改性产品,具有优良的平滑性和高亲水性,可以有效降低纱线在络筒和织造过程中的摩擦系数,提高织机效率,适用于毛巾色纱、色织布色纱等的筒纱柔软加工工序。The concept of total quality management was introduced into product development,and the application performance of barrel yarn smoothing agent L-3 was verified by step-by-step experiments to see whether it met the design quality requirements.The results showed that barrel yarn smoothing agent L-3 was a modified product with high-density oxidized polyethylene wax as the main structure.It had excellent smoothness and high hydrophilicity.It could effectively reduce the friction coefficient of yarn in the process of winding and weaving and improve the efficiency of loom.It was suitable for the soft processing of barrel yarn such as towel colored yarn,yarn dyed fabric colored yarn,etc.
