摘 要:渗吸置换是低渗、特低渗油藏的有效开采手段之一,明确目标油藏渗吸效果的主控因素及其影响规律,是渗吸置换开采工艺设计的关键。借助岩心静态渗吸实验,系统评价了地层渗透率、地层水矿化度、含油饱和度、表面活性剂、环境温度等因素对岩心渗吸采油效果的影响敏感性。结果表明:中等的渗透率能达到最高的采出程度;注入流体矿化度低于岩心内原始束缚水矿化度时,会促进渗吸过程的进行;含油饱和度越大渗吸效果越好,存在渗吸置换失效的最低含油饱和度界限;表面活性剂可通过改变油水界面张力及岩石表面润湿性来显著提高渗吸效果;温度不是影响渗吸的主控因素,但可通过改变流体黏度、岩石孔隙体积、分子热运动等其他因素间接促进渗吸置换采油效率。Imbibition displacement is one of the effective recovery methods for low-permeability and ultra-low-permeability reservoirs in Jiangsu Oilfield.Clarifying the main controlling factors and influencing laws of imbibition effects in target reservoirs is the key to the design of imbibition displacement production technology.Through core static imbibition experiments,the influences of formation permeability,formation water salinity,oil saturation,surfactant,environmental temperature,and other factors on the oil recovery effect of core imbibition were systematically evaluated.The results show that the middle permeability can achieve the highest recovery rate;when the salinity of the injected fluid is lower than the salinity of the original irreducible water in the core,it will promote the imbibition process;the greater the oil saturation,the better the imbibition effect,and there is a minimum oil saturation limit for imbibition replacement failure;surfactants can significantly improve the imbibition effect by changing oil-water interfacial tension and rock surface wettability;temperature is not the main controlling factor affecting imbibition,but it can indirectly promote the efficiency of imbibition displacement oil recovery by changing other factors such as fluid viscosity,rock pore volume,and molecular thermal motion.
