摘  要:浙江智慧之门是总高度为280m的双塔超高层,是杭州标志性建筑之一。对混凝土核心筒+巨柱框架+钢斜撑结构进行了重力和风荷载作用下受力分析;研究了结构在地震作用下动力特性及巨柱斜撑外框架受力特点;介绍了巨柱斜撑外框关键节点受力分析及结构设计;另外通过塔楼全过程施工模拟,分析了墙柱混凝土收缩徐变对钢巨柱及斜撑内力的影响,提出构件设计中应力比应留有足够余量以确保结构安全。Zhejiang Wisdom Gate is the super high-rise twin-tower with a total height of 280 m,and it is one of the landmark buildings in Hangzhou.The stress analysis of concrete corewall+giant column frame+steel diagonal brace structure was carried out under gravity and wind load;the dynamic characteristics of the structure under earthquake and the mechanical characteristics of the giant column diagonal braced outer frame were studied;the stress analysis and structural design of the key joints of the giant column diagonal braced outer frame were introduced;in addition,through the simulation of the whole process of tower construction,the influence of concrete shrinkage and creep of wall column on the internal force of steel giant column and diagonal brace was analyzed,and it puts forward that sufficient safety margin should be considered in the stress ratio in the component design to ensure the structural safety.
