摘  要:杭州望朝中心为各立面均呈连续倾斜凹凸的特殊体型建筑,结构设计时,为满足立面及室内空间的使用要求,结构构件需最小化。对该项目的基础形式和结构体系进行了介绍,因按照相关规范无法准确选定结构的体型系数,故设计了风洞试验,对立面及体型优化带给风荷载的影响进行了研究。从多遇地震下结构受力性能、中震下楼板有限元应力、大震下的动力弹塑性、超限高层建筑的加强设计及空间连续斜柱外框架优越的抗侧力贡献五个方面,对本工程进行了抗震设计。对结构的构件内力进行了施工模拟分析,探讨了分层加载和一次性加载对构件内力的影响。研究结果表明:采用沿竖向高度改变平面宽度、周边切角、各立面连续倾斜凹凸的措施,可减小结构风致响应30%;沿建筑周边布置空间连续斜柱钢框架,可有效减小混凝土核心筒尺寸;采用部分楼层楼板滞后施工的工艺,可有效降低转换桁架的内力并优化构件截面。Hangzhou Wangchao Center is a special shape building with continuous inclined concave convex of each facade.In the structure design,in order to meet the use requirements of facades and indoor space,the structural components should be minimized.The basic form and structural system of the project were introduced,the wind tunnel test was designed due to the shape coefficient of the structure cannot be accurately selected according to the relevant specification,and the influence of the facade and shape optimization on the wind load was studied.The aseismic design of the project was carried out from five aspects:the mechanical performance of the structure under frequent earthquake,the finite element stress of the floor under moderate earthquake,the dynamic elastoplasticity under large earthquake,the strengthening design of transfinite high-rise buildings and the superior lateral force contribution of the spatial continuous inclined column outer frame.The construction simulation analysis of the internal force of the components of the structure was carried out,and the influence of layered loading and one-time loading on the internal force of the components was discussed.The results show that the wind-induced response of the structure can be reduced by 30%by changing the plane width along the vertical height,the peripheral tangent angle and the continuous inclined concave convex of each facade;spatial continuous inclined column steel frame was arranged around the building,which can effectively reduce the size of concrete core tube;the internal force of the transfer truss can be effectively reduced and the section of the component can be optimized by adopting the technology of lagging construction of some floor slabs.
