摘 要:杭州蜻蜓公园是一个多塔高位连体结构项目,造型复杂,存在平面和竖向不规则。10个塔楼层数各不相同,通过型钢组成的连廊和屋面层连接。地下室共4层,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系;地上7#~10#塔楼采用钢框架-中心支撑体系;1#~6#塔楼采用钢框架体系。采用多种分析软件对主体结构进行计算对比分析,对多塔的受力性能进行包络设计。利用广义层的概念自定义了施工顺序,得到合理的、符合实际的施工顺序。对主体结构按《钢结构设计标准》(GB 50017—2017)进行了抗震性能化设计,对复杂钢结构节点进行有限元分析,介绍了地下室和基础设计。分析结果表明,结构各项指标均满足规范,能够满足设计要求。Hangzhou Qingting Park is a multi-tower high-position conjoined structure project with complex shapes and irregularities in plan and vertical.The 10 towers have different stories connected by section steel on the roof and corridors floor.The basement has a total of 4 floors and adopt a reinforced concrete frame structure system;the 7#~10#towers on the ground adopt a steel frame-concentrically-braced structure system;the 1#~6#towers adopt a steel frame structure system.A variety of structural analysis software was used to calculate and compare the whole structure,and the envelope design of the mechanical performance of the multi-tower was carried out.The construction sequence was customized by using the concept of generalized story,and a reasonable and practical construction sequence was obtained.The performance-based seismic design(PBSD)of the Standards for design of steel structures(GB 50017—2017)was carried out,the finite element analysis of the complex steel structure joints was carried out,and the basement and foundation design were introduced.The analysis results show that all the indices of the structure satisfied the standards and can meet the design requirements.
