摘  要:为了探讨水气同轴喷嘴的结构参数对污染场地固化/稳定化过程中污染土与药剂浆液混合均匀性的影响,基于空气水污染土3相之间的曳力作用建立了水气同轴喷嘴在土体介质中射流流动的计算流体动力学(CFD)数学模型,采用FLUENT软件对流线形、收敛圆锥形和圆柱形结构的水气同轴喷嘴在土体介质中射流过程进行了数值模拟研究,分析了不同结构水气同轴喷嘴在土体介质中的射流方向、横向扩散宽度及中心轴线速度场的变化规律.结果表明:相比收敛圆锥形和圆柱形水气同轴喷嘴,流线形水气同轴喷嘴的射流性能更好;3种结构形式的水气同轴喷嘴在喷射2、5、8 ms时射流初期长度及横向扩散宽度基本一致,随着喷射距离的增加,流线形水气同轴喷嘴的方向未发生偏移,其射流集束性和冲击能量最优.To study the influences of the structural parameters of water-air coaxial nozzle on the mixing uniformity of contaminated soil and chemical slurry during the solidification/stabilization of contaminated site,a computational fluid dynamics(CFD)mathematical model of water-air coaxial nozzle jet flow in soil medium was established based on the drag force among air,water and contaminated soil.The jet processes of water-air coaxial nozzles with streamline,convergent conical and cylindrical structures in soil medium were simulated by FLUENT software.The variation laws of the jet direction,the lateral spreading width and the central axis velocity field of the water-air coaxial nozzles with different structures in soil medium were studied.The results show that the jet performance of the streamline water-air coaxial nozzle is better than that of convergent conical and cylindrical water-gas coaxial nozzles.The initial jet length and the lateral spreading width of the three types of water-air coaxial nozzles are basically the same at 2,5 and 8 ms.With the increase of the jet distance,the direction of the streamline water-air coaxial nozzle does not shift,and its jet clustering and impact energy are optimal.
