摘  要:为解决在热电厂条件下城市的冷、热、电多样化能源不平衡问题,围绕某一城市热电厂提出4种综合能源系统设计方案,在热电联产机组数学建模的基础上,建立考虑碳税的综合能源系统设备容量优化模型并采用Gurobi求解器寻优求解,从总成本和二氧化碳排放量2个方面对各方案展开评估,最后对碳税价格进行敏感度分析.结果表明:利用高斯回归算法得到的热电联产机组运行能耗数学模型最优;当碳税价格为0.3元/kg时,仅新增燃气锅炉和吸收式热泵的设计方案年总成本最低,新增燃气锅炉、吸收式热泵、地源热泵和储能装置的设计方案年二氧化碳排放量最少;含燃气锅炉和地源热泵的设计方案对碳税价格的敏感性显著增强.与分供系统相比,最优综合能源系统的全年总成本可降低3038.46万元,年二氧化碳排放量可减少10.74万t.To solve the problem of energy imbalance of urban cooling,heating and electricity diversification under the condition of thermal power plants,four integrated energy system design schemes were proposed around an urban thermal power plant.Based on the mathematical modeling of cogeneration units,an equipment capacity optimization model of the integrated energy system considering carbon tax was established and solved by Gurobi solver.Each scheme was evaluated from two aspects of total cost and carbon dioxide emission,and finally the sensitivity of the carbon tax price was analyzed.The results show that the mathematical model for the operating energy consumption of cogeneration units obtained by Gaussian regression algorithm is the best.When the carbon tax price is 0.3 yuan/kg,the total annual cost by the design scheme for only adding gas-fired boiler and absorption heat pump is the lowest,and the annual carbon dioxide emission by the design scheme for adding gas-fired boiler,absorption heat pump,ground source heat pump and energy storage device is the lowest.The design scheme for the gas-fired boiler and the ground source heat pump is significantly more sensitive to the carbon tax price.Compared with the distribution system,the total annual cost of the optimal integrated energy system can be reduced by 30.3846 million yuan,and the annual carbon dioxide emission can be reduced by 107400 t.
