摘  要:为了改善NH_(3)-H_(2)O-LiBr三元溶液氨吸收制冷系统中溴化锂导致的氨吸收不足,提出在吸收过程中引入超声振荡和TiO_(2)纳米颗粒的方法.设计并建立了超声波与TiO_(2)纳米颗粒强化NH_(3)-H_(2)O-LiBr溶液鼓泡吸收的实验系统,测试了二元和三元吸收剂的氨吸收速率以分别测定这2种方法的增强效果.同时,还测试了纳米颗粒与超声振荡在三元溶液中的协同作用.实验结果表明,在三元溶液中,2种方法对氨吸收过程有明显的改善,超声振荡和纳米颗粒对氨的有效吸收比分别为1.09和1.077.在三元溶液中也有协同效应,当超声频率为33 kHz,纳米颗粒质量分数为0.10%时,有效吸收比达到1.18;当超声频率为68 kHz,纳米颗粒质量分数为0.10%时,有效吸收比达到1.26.在三元溶液中引入超声振荡和纳米颗粒均能强化氨吸收过程,且二者存在协同效应.To improve the deficiency of ammonia absorption caused by lithium bromide in NH_(3)-H_(2)O-LiBr ternary solution ammonia absorption refrigeration system,a method for introducing ultrasonic oscillation and TiO_(2)nanoparticles in the absorption process is proposed.An experimental system for enhancing the bubbling absorption of NH_(3)-H_(2)O-LiBr solution with ultrasonic and TiO_(2)nanoparticles is designed and established.The ammonia absorbed rates of binary and ternary absorbent are tested to measure the enhancement effects of these two methods.Meanwhile,the synergistic effect of nanoparticles and ultrasonic oscillation in ternary solution is also measured.Experimental results indicate that in the ternary solution,the two methods have significant improvements in the ammonia absorption process,and the effective absorption ratios are 1.09 and 1.077 with ultrasonic oscillation and nanoparticles.Furthermore,there is also a synergistic effect in the ternary solution,and the effective absorption ratio reaches 1.18 with the ultrasonic frequency of 33 kHz and the nanoparticle mass fraction of 0.10%;the effective absorption ratio reaches 1.26 with the ultrasonic frequency of 68 kHz and the nanoparticle mass fraction of 0.10%.The introduction of ultrasonic oscillation and nanoparticles in the ternary solution can enhance the ammonia absorption process,and there is a synergistic effect between the two.
