连续护理对艾滋病患者自我护理能力、生命质量与睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析连续护理对艾滋病患者自我护理能力、生命质量与睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年5月至2021年5月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的艾滋病患者72例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组36例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以连续护理,观察和比较2组护理前后自我护理能力评价量表(ESCA)评分、世界卫生组织艾滋病生命质量量表(WHOQOL-120HIV)评分与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:2组护理前的ESCA评分、WHOQOL-120HIV评分、PSQI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);观察组护理后的ESCA评分、WHOQOL-120HIV评分高于对照组,PSQI评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:采用连续护理可以显著提升患者自护能力,并改善其失眠状况,促进其生命质量的提高。Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on self-care ability,quality of life and sleep quality of AIDS patients.Methods:A total of 72 patients with AIDS admitted to the First Hospital affiliated to Xiamen University from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received continuous nursing.The scores of the Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA),World Health Organization AIDS Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-120HIV)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were observed and compared before and after nursing.Results:There was no significant difference in ESCA score,WHOQOL-120HIV score and PSQI score between the two groups before nursing(P s>0.05).The ESCA score and WHOQOL-120HIV score of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the PSQI score was lower than that of the control group(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing can significantly improve patients′self-care ability,improve their insomnia and improve their quality of life.
