摘  要:文章研究了尼龙12防白蚁电缆护套料在景洪站(东经100°40′、北纬21°35′)土壤埋藏环境中的老化行为。对土壤环境中埋藏16年后的尼龙12进行外观、力学性能、介电性能、红外光谱测试和分析,结果显示,尼龙12护套料表面有不规则土壤浸渍花纹、未有白蚁蛀蚀痕迹、拉伸强度下降13.4%、断裂伸长率下降19.8%、介电强度下降19.6%、介质损耗正切角增加11%;邵氏硬度和介电常数基本无变化;红外光谱显示尼龙12护套料有降解痕迹。通过分析得出结论为尼龙12护套料可以满足景洪白蚁区埋地电缆使用要求。This paper studies the aging behavior of nylon 12 anti termite cable sheath material in the soil burial environment of Jinghong station(E100°40',N 21°35').The appearance,mechanical properties,dielectric properties and infrared spectra of nylon 12 buried in the soil environment for 16 years were tested and analyzed.The results showed that there were irregular soil impregnation patterns on the surface of nylon 12 sheath material,no signs of termite decay,the tensile strength decreased by 13.4%,the elongation at break decreased by 19.8%,the dielectric strength decreased by 19.6%,and the tangent angle of dielectric loss increased by 11%;Shore hardness and dielectric constant are basically unchanged;Infrared spectrum shows that nylon 12 sheath material has degradation traces.Through analysis,it is concluded that nylon 12 sheath material can meet the requirements of buried cables in Jinghong termite area.
