浅谈影响光纤带平整度的因素

摘　　要：本文从影响光纤带质量的因素着手,重点从光纤带平整度的意义出发,分析着色光纤涂覆直径、着色光纤的静电存在、着色光纤放线张力、模具进出口处定位装置位置、紫外光固化不均匀平衡等几方面对光纤带的平整度影响,并提出有效的解决办法,供业内同行参考。This paper starts with the factors which affecting the quality of the optical fiber ribbon,focusing on the meaning of the planarity of the optical fiber ribbon,and analyzes effects of the coating diameter of the colored optical fiber,the electrostatic existence of the colored optical fiber,the pay-off tension of the colored optical fiber,the position of the positioning device at the entrance and exit of the mold,and UV curing uneven balance on the planarity of optical fiber ribbon,and put forward effective solutions for the reference of industry peer.
