摘　　要：开发了一种基于ST公司的ARM芯片STM32F105、ADI公司的24位数模转换器AD7124-4的多路PT100测量系统,依据JJG229-2010《工业铂、铜热电阻检定规程》,[1]详细介绍了该系统的元器件选型及其功能参数,对具体电路进行了推导和验证。采用高精度电阻并对电路进行改进,减少温漂的影响,提高了系统的电参数测量精度。This paper presents a hardware development of multiple PT100 temperature measurements system based on STM32 F105(from ST)and AD7124-4(from ADI).According to JJG 229-2010"Industry Platinum and Copper Resistance Thermometers",[1]and after detailed analysis of the components selection and functional parameters of the system,the circuit is deduced and verified.High precision resistance is adopted to reduce the effect of temperature drift and improve the measurement accuracy of electrical parameters of the system.
