弹性元件式一般压力表检定和记录的研究

摘　　要：在弹性元件式一般压力表检定中,经常会出现液体压力泵未排空气体、零位标志宽度和缩格未检查、氧气压力表禁油要求未记录、零位误差和轻敲前示值未记录、所有检定点示值误差要求相同等问题。为解决这些问题,本文依据JJG52-2013检定规程,结合本单位使用的计量标准,提供了一种通用的检定流程和标准的记录模板,保证了记录的原始性和完整性,具有重要的技术借鉴意义。In elastic element pressure gauge verification,many kinds of problems always appear,such as pressure pump does not empty gas,zero mark width and shrinkage are not checked,the fuel prohibition requirements of oxygen pressure gauge are not recoded,zero position error and indicated value before tapping are not recorded,the indication error requirements of all verification points are the same.To solve these problems,this paper according to JJG 52-2013 provides a general verification process and standard record template in combination with the measurement standard used by the unit,can ensure the original and integrity of records,and has important technical reference significance.
