傅立叶变换红外光谱仪在近红外区波数示值误差的校准方法研究

摘　　要：傅立叶变换红外光谱仪广泛应用于各个领域,大多数傅立叶变换红外光谱仪的波数范围为(10000~400)cm^(-1),国家规范JJF1319-2011《傅立叶变换红外光谱仪校准规范》只给出了波数(4000~400)cm^(-1)中红外区的校准方法,而没有给出近红外区的校准方法。笔者提出了一种针对近红外区波数示值误差的校准方法,并进行了验证,评定了测量不确定度。Fourier transform infrared spectrometer is widely used in various fields.The range of most Fourier transform infrared spectrometer is(10000~400)cm^(-1).The JJF 1319-2011"Calibration Specification for Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometers"only stipulates the calibration in the mid-infrared with(4000~400)cm^(-1),but does not stipulate the calibration in the near-infrared.In this paper,a method to calibrate indication error in the near-infrared is proposed and verified,and the measurement uncertainty is evaluated.
