摘 要:[目的]了解不同芥蓝品种发芽期和苗期耐盐性差异。[方法]通过比较分析不同品种芥蓝耐盐性的差异,选出耐盐材料。以J05和J08为试验材料,设置0~360 mmol/L 10个NaCl处理浓度进行适宜盐浓度的筛选,并对10个芥蓝品种在适宜处理浓度下进行耐盐性的比较。[结果]发芽期各项指标及拟合曲线的综合分析表明,芥蓝适宜处理盐浓度范围为160~240 mmol/L。发芽期各项指标均呈现S曲线的变化特点,即先缓慢下降,后急速下降,再缓慢下降。在200 mmol/L NaCl溶液处理下,对各个品种发芽期和苗期的各项指标进行K-均值聚类法分类,将耐盐性分为5级。其中,发芽期高耐的品种为J10,苗期高耐品种为J02;发芽期和苗期均属耐盐的品种为J06、J08和J09,均属盐敏感品种为J04。同一品种在发芽期和苗期中的耐盐性分类可能不同,J05品种在发芽期属于高感品种,在苗期属于耐盐品种。[结论]该研究可为芥蓝的耐盐品种选育和基础理论研究提供依据。[Objective]The aim was to understand the differences in salt tolerance of different Chinese kale varieties at the germination stage and seedling stage.[Method]The salt-tolerant materials were selected by comparing and analyzing the differences in salt tolerance of different varieties of Chinese kale.Using J05 and J08 as test materials,10 NaCl treatment concentrations ranging from 0 to 360 mmol/L were set to screen the appropriate salt concentration,and the salt tolerance of 10 Chinese kale varieties under the appropriate treatment concentration was compared.[Result]The comprehensive analysis of various indexes and fitting curve during germination stage showed that the suitable salt concentration range for Chinese kale was 160-240 mmol/L.All indexes in germination period showed the change characteristics of S-curve,which first decreased slowly,then decreased rapidly,and then decreased slowly.Under the treatment of 200 mmol/L NaCl solution,the K-means clustering method was used to classify the indicators of each cultivar at the germination stage and seedling stage,and the salt tolerance was divided into 5 grades.Among them,the variety with high tolerance at germination stage was J10,and the variety with high tolerance at seedling stage was J02;J06,J08 and J09 were salt-tolerant varieties in germination and seedling stage,and J04 was salt sensitive variety.The salt tolerance classification of the same variety may be different in the germination stage and the seedling stage.The J05 variety is a highly susceptible variety in the germination stage and a salt-tolerant variety in the seedling stage.[Conclusion]This study could provide a basis for the breeding of salt-tolerant varieties of kale and basic theoretical reasearch.
