摘  要:随着研究生招生规模的不断扩大,依托科研团队提高研究生培养质量,成为研究生教育工作者积极探索的热点问题。结合全国研究生教育会议精神与笔者多年指导研究生的工作经历,以水产学科为例,探索了依托科研团队提升研究生的创新实践能力。通过分析科研团队的内涵与单导师制下研究生培养存在的主要问题,提出了新时代科研团队的建立模式,并探索通过做到团队成员分工协作,建设稳定的校企联合培养基地,建立完善的研究生培养举措,达到改革水产学科研究生培养模式的目的。With the continuous expansion of the scale of postgraduate enrollment,relying on the scientific research team to improve the quality of graduate student training has increasingly become a hot issue actively explored by graduate educators.Combined with the spirit of the National Graduate Education Conference and the work experience of guiding graduate students for many years,taking fishery discipline as an example,this paper explores how to improve the innovation and practice ability of graduate students by relying on scientific research teams.By analyzing the connotation of scientific research team and the main problems existing in the postgraduate training under the single tutor system,this paper puts forward the establishment mode of the scientific research team in the new era,and explores the purpose of reforming the postgraduate training mode of fishery discipline through the division and cooperation of team members,the construction of a stable joint training base between schools and enterprise,the establishment of perfect postgraduate training measures.
