摘 要:采用热轧Q345R钢板,在580,600℃温成形制造封头,解剖后进行成形态和615℃退火态力学性能试验,以研究温成形工艺与封头性能之间的关系,并探讨封头强度变化的原因。结果表明:温成形主要对热轧Q345R钢板的强度产生影响,对塑性和韧性的影响相对较小;成形态封头沿直径方向各位置的强度变化呈“碟”形,中间区域低,边缘直段高;615℃退火处理后,封头强度整体下降,分布呈浅“碟”形;温成形封头的最终强度是钢板基础强度、轧制强化、成形强化和退火软化共同作用的结果。To study the relationship between the warm forming process and properties of the head,mechanical properties tests were carried out on head samples warm-formed and annealed at 615℃respectively.The samples were cut from the typical positions of the head that is made of hot-rolled Q345R steel plate and worm formed at 580℃and 600℃.Furthermore,the causes for the change in head strength were discussed.The results show that the warm forming mainly affects the strength of the hot-rolled Q345R steel plate,and has a little influence on the plasticity and toughness.The strength change of the warm-formed head along the diameter direction appears“dish”shaped,that is,the strength is low in the middle area,and high in the edge straight section;The overall strength of the head after annealed at 615℃decreases,and its distribution appears shallow“dish”shaped.The final strength of the warm-formed head is the result of combined action of the basic strength of the steel plate,rolling strengthening,and forming strengthening and annealing softening.
