摘  要:为便于对人们日常生活空间进行甲醛检测与观察,文中提出一种以FPGA为基础的甲醛检测系统。该系统由2个传感器节点、1个FPGA节点控制板和LabVIEW显示界面构成。传感器节点通过传感器检测甲醛浓度并将检测信息传送到单片机,再通过单片机进行初步数据处理,由无线模块发送到FPGA节点控制板;然后通过FPGA强大的数据处理能力对数据进一步处理,并通过甲醛浓度信息控制蜂鸣器是否报警,由显示屏显示甲醛浓度等实时信息;最后将信息发送到计算机。通过LabVIEW显示甲醛浓度变化趋势并对数据进行存储,可实现对环境中甲醛浓度的准确检测。实验结果表明,文中系统可以长时间、稳定地检测多个区域的甲醛浓度,并具有成本低、可远程监测等优势,能够为检测环境中的甲醛提供更加简单准确的方式。A formaldehyde detection system based on FPGA is proposed to make it easier to detect and observe formaldehyde in people′s daily life.The system is composed of two sensor nodes,an FPGA node control board and LabVIEW display interface.The sensor node is used to detect the formaldehyde concentration and transmit the monitored information to the single⁃chip microcomputer(SCM)by the sensor to conduct the preliminary data processing.And then the preliminarily⁃processed data is sent to the FPGA node control board by means of the wireless module to conduct further processing by means of the strong data⁃handling capacity of FPGA,which can also control the buzzer alarm by means of the formaldehyde concentration information.The real⁃time information such as formaldehyde concentration is displayed on the display screen,and then sent to the computer.The LabVIEW is used to display the change trend of formaldehyde concentration and store the data,so as to realize the accurate detection of the formaldehyde concentration in the environment.The experimental results show that the system can stably detect the formaldehyde concentration in multiple areas for a long time,and has the advantages of low cost and remote monitoring,which can provide a simpler and more accurate method for detecting formaldehyde in the environment.
