摘  要:目前在国家管网石油通信网光网络中,大部分光缆是直埋,深度为1.5~4m,光缆一旦发生故障,原有用光时域反射仪已不适用于查找故障点,故障点的位置很难对应到实际的地面位置。针对此问题,本文介绍了一种新型光缆故障定位设备及其工作原理。该设备采用自发瑞利散射效应和相干光时域反射技术(Φ-OTDR),不仅可对光缆故障点进行测试,也可以对光缆故障点地面位置进行定位,其操作简单、实用,对光缆无损伤,可以减少光网络故障点抢修时间,减少开挖点,降低维护费用。At present,in the optical network of the petroleum communication network of the national pipeline network,most of the optical cables are directly buried with a depth of 1.5~4m.Once the optical cable fails,the original optical time domain reflectometer is no longer suitable for finding the fault point.The fault location hardly corresponds to the actual ground location.Aiming at this problem,this article introduces a new optical cable fault location equipment and its working principle.The equipment adopts spontaneous rayleigh scattering effect and coherent optical time domain reflectometry(Φ-OTDR),which can not only test the fault point of the optical cable,but also locate the ground position of the fault point of the optical cable.It is easy operated and practical,has no damage to optical cable,and can shorten the repair time of optical network fault points,reduce excavation points,and reduce maintenance costs.
