摘 要:本文在对加压流化床内的三维流动特性进行分析时,使用了cfx模拟软件;在对压力所产生的影响进行分析时,主要考虑到了床层沿床压降以及气泡行为等。最终的分析结果显示床层膨胀高度能够通过压力的升高而得到相应的提高,在此过程中,床层固含率会有一定程度的降低。底部的中心区域以及地面附近的固含率会受到压力升高的影响,与此同时,传承底部的颗粒向上和向下的速率,同样会受到升高压力的影响。In this article,the cfx simulation software is used to analyze the three-dimensional flow characteristics in a pressurized fluidized bed;when the influence of pressure is analyzed,the pressure drop along the bed and the behavior of bubbles are mainly considered.The final analysis results show that the bed expansion height can be correspondingly increased by increasing the pressure,and the solid holdup rate of the bed will decrease to a certain extent during this process.The central area of the bottom and the solids holdup near the ground are affected by the pressure increase,while the upward and downward velocities of the particles passing through the bottom are also affected by the increased pressure.
