地诺孕素联合曼月乐环治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨地诺孕素联合曼月乐环在治疗子宫内膜异位症中的应用价值。方法:回顾性选取2019年9月至2020年12月我院收治的86例子宫内膜异位症患者,根据治疗方式进行分组,对照组42例患者使用地诺孕素进行治疗,观察组44例患者使用地诺孕素联合曼月乐环治疗。比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后痛经症状、月经情况、囊肿大小及不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组痛经评分、性交痛评分、非经期下腹疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且治疗后观察组痛经评分、性交痛评分、非经期下腹疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者经期均缩短,观察组患者经期缩短幅度明显于对照组;两组患者月经周期均延长,观察组患者月经周期延长幅度明显于对照组;观察组患者的月经量少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的囊肿直径小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:地诺孕素联合曼月乐环在治疗子宫内膜异位症,有效改善患者月经状况,缩小囊肿体积,缓解患者疼痛症状且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the application value of dinogest combined with Mirena in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods:A retrospective selection of 86 patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were grouped according to the treatment method.42 patients in the control group were treated with dienogest,and 44 patients in the observation group.The patient was treated with dinogest combined with Mirena.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,menstruation,cyst size and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the dysmenorrhea score,dyspareunia score,and non-menstrual lower abdominal pain scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the dysmenorrhea score,dyspareunia score,and non-menstrual lower abdominal pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual periods of the two groups were shortened,and the menstrual period of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group;the menstrual cycles of the two groups were prolonged,and the menstrual cycle of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group;the menstrual volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group Group(P<0.05).After treatment,the diameter of the cyst in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dienogest combined with Mirena in the treatment of endometriosis can effectively improve the menstrual condition of patients,reduce the volume of cysts,relieve the pain symptoms of patients,and have high safety.
