摘　　要：研究发明人技术服务在高校技术转移可持续发展中的作用,基于企业的长期态度与实践倾向,衡量高校至企业技术转移的可持续性程度。研究表明:发明人的技术服务可用性对企业与高校长期技术合作的态度与实践倾向拥有正向影响,即较高评价可用性的发明人技术服务可以促进高校至企业技术转移的可持续发展;企业技术吸收能力、高校与企业之间的信任以及市场交易环境对发明人技术服务可用性同样拥有正向作用。基于此,高校应建立以发明人隐性知识转移服务为核心的技术转移模式,推动高校至企业技术转移的可持续发展。This paper studies the role of inventor’s technical service in the sustainable development of university technology transfer,and measures the sustainability of university to enterprise technology transfer based on the long-term attitude and practice tendency of enterprises.The research and analysis show that the inventor’s technical service availability has a positive impact on the attitude and practice tendency of long-term technical cooperation between enterprises and universities,that is the inventor’s technical service with high evaluation of availability can promote the sustainable development of university to enterprise technology transfer.The technology absorptive capacity of enterprises,the trust between universities and enterprises and the market trading environment also have a positive effect on the availability of inventors’technical services.Based on this,universities should establish a technology transfer model with inventor tacit knowledge transfer service as the core to promote the sustainable development of technology transfer from universities to enterprises.
