摘　　要：广东是较早开展国际财经合作交流的省份,在资金合作、知识合作以及国际发展合作方面取得丰硕成果。基于新时期广东国际合作工作面临的机遇与挑战,广东财政以习近平总书记提出的“构建全面开放新格局”为导向,以构建新发展格局战略支点为目标,坚持“扩大朋友圈、提升话语权,拓展合作领域、打造合作精品,探索合作机制、深化合作程度,推进改革创新、提升管理水平”的发展思路,紧密结合广东经济社会发展实际,提出“三个推动+三个探索+三个聚焦+三个加强”的系统性举措,推动广东国际财经合作实现高质量发展,为广东经济社会发展注入新的动力和活力。Guangdong is one of the earliest provinces to carry out international financial cooperation and exchanges,which has achieved fruitful results in financial cooperation,knowledge cooperation and international development cooperation.Based on the opportunities and challenges faced by Guangdong’s international cooperation in the new era,Guangdong Finance takes the"building a new pattern of comprehensive opening up"proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping as the guide,aims to establish a strategic fulcrum of the new development pattern,adheres to the development idea of"expanding the circle of friends,enhancing the right to speak,expanding cooperation areas,creating cooperation products,exploring cooperation mechanisms,deepening cooperation levels,promoting reform and innovation,and improving the management level",closely combined with the actual situation of Guangdong’s economic and social development,and put forward the development idea of"Three Promotions+Three Explorations+Three Focus+Three Strengthening"systematic measures to promote the high-quality development of Guangdong’s international financial and economic cooperation,thus enables Guangdong’s economic and social development with new impetus and vitality.
