摘  要:通过对空间反射镜拓扑优化及增材制造技术当前发展现状趋势的调研,总结了当前反射镜拓扑优化及增材制造的较为成熟的技术。针对空间反射镜拓扑优化与增材制造工艺制造相结合存在的问题进行阐释,对拓扑优化反射镜的增材制造工艺模拟和技术路线进行详细介绍,以保证拓扑优化设计的空间反射镜具有可制造性并在进行增材制造后达到良好的性能。通过对当前增材制造空间反射镜结构拓扑优化发展的总结,指出当前增材制造空间反射镜结构拓扑优化存在问题及未来发展趋势,以期对我国拓扑优化与增材制造相结合制造空间反射镜的研制具有借鉴意义。Through the investigation of the current development trend of space mirror topology optimization and additive manufacturing technology,the current relatively mature technologies of mirror topology optimization and additive manufacturing are summarized.The problems existing in the combination of topology optimization and additive manufacturing process manufacturing of space mirrors are explained,and the additive manufacturing process simulation and technical route of topology optimization mirrors are introduced in detail to ensure that the space mirrors designed with topology optimization are manufacturable properties and achieve good performance after additive manufacturing.By summarizing the development of the topology optimization of the current additive manufacturing space mirror structure,the existing problems and future development trends of the current additive manufacturing space mirror structure topology optimization are pointed out,with a view to have reference significance for the development of space mirrors manufactured by combining topology optimization and additive manufacturing in my country.
