摘　　要：转杯纱相对较高的捻度限制了其应用范围,如由长纤维制成的转杯粗支纱可用于毛毯的生产。生产过程中的毛毯蓬化可从纱线中抽出一层毛绒纤维,从而达到毛毯使用时的舒适感。转杯粗支纱,如地毯纱,还没有在实际生产中得以应用的原因之一是转杯纱覆盖系数低。为扩大转杯粗支纱的应用范围,首先,进行了用长纤维生产低捻度地毯粗支纱的试验。然后,研究了低捻度聚丙烯腈(PAN)纱线的生产工艺。最后,应用环锭纺纱试验机分析了如何采用转杯纺粗支低捻棉纱更好地纺制细纱。探讨了不同的降低粗支纱捻度技术的效果。Rotor spun yarns are relatively highly twisted.This leads to limitations of the range of application of these yarns.For example,coarse rotor yarns made of long staple fibers could be used for the production of blankets.When roughening the blankets,a sufficiently fluffy fiber pile is worked out of the yarns to achieve a feeling of well-being when using the blankets.Coarse rotor yarns,for example as carpet yarns,have not been used in practice,also because of the low coverage of rotor yarns.In a first step in order to extend the application range of coarse rotor yarns,the production of coarse carpet yarns with low twist from long staple fibers is being tested.In a second step,it is investigated to produce polyacrylonitrile(PAN)yarns with low twist.In the third step,it is analyzed how well coarse low twist rotor yarns made of cotton can be drawn on a ring spinning tester.Different techniques for reducing the yarn twist were investigated.
