高支紧密舒适性纬编织物的开发

摘　　要：将5.83 tex的长绒棉/细旦莫代尔(50/50)混纺纱与2.22 tex的氨纶交织,在双面圆纬机上编织双罗纹纬编织物。介绍了织物的针织工艺及预定型、前处理、染色和双柔软整理等染整处理工艺,测试并分析了织物的结构参数与性能。试验结果表明,所开发的双罗纹纬编织物轻薄、结构紧密、尺寸稳定,兼具柔软、透气等良好的服用舒适性与抗起毛起球性。Both 5.38 tex long-staple cotton/fine denier Modal blended yarn and 2.22 tex spandex filament were selected to plate interlock weft knitted fabric at double knit circular knitting machine.The processes of knitting,pre-shaping,pretreatment,dyeing and double soft finishing were introduced.The structural parameters and properties of the fabrics were tested and analyzed.The experimental results showed that the developed interlock weft knitted fabric was light,tight in structure,dimensionally stable,soft handle,with better air permeability and anti-pilling performance.
