摘  要:通过对棉织物活性染料染色工艺的改良和优化,可显著降低染色过程中的水耗并缩短染色时间。鉴于此,可显著降低棉纺织品产业链的用水量。然而,建立改良工艺的其中一项重大挑战是行业的接纳度,尤其是纺织品整理和染色加工行业,包括纺织贸易公司。巴基斯坦等纺织品出口国在普惠制(GSP+)下得到欧盟(EU)的支持,如果将来持续出口到欧盟,他们将面临改善其纺织业可持续性的压力。在可持续发展讨论进程中,一些公司能够更开放地接受可持续概念和过程。然而,用于改良工艺和实施可持续技术的投资也必须满足经济合理性。By modification and optimization of reactive dyeing processes for cotton,a significant reduction of water consumption and shorter process duration can be achieved.In this way,a significant decrease of the water footprint of the cotton textile chain is possible.However,one of the biggest challenges to establish an improved process is its acceptance by the industry,especially in textile finishing and dyeing industry,and the textile trading companies as well.The textile exporting countries like Pakistan are supported by the European Union(EU)under Generalized System of Preference(GSP+)and are therefore under pressure to improve the sustainability of their textile industry,if a continuous export to the EU should be possible in future.In the course of sustainability discussions,some companies could be more open for sustainable concepts and processes.However,there is still the main requirement that investments in improved and sustainable technologies also have to be economically reasonable.
