摘　　要：在新时代的背景下,随着城市化进程的不断加快,对城市建筑设计提出全新需求。为了使当前城市发展需求得到满足,要在城市更新中来对建筑进行改造和升级,各级政府越来越重视城市建设中的旧城改造设计,这对我国城市的健康持续发展提供一定助力。将城市更新的建筑改造设计符合相关需求与城市发展规划统一协调设计,这需要对相关对策和要点进行全面分析,以此来使城市更新建筑改造工作得到顺利实施。In the context of the new era,with the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process,there is a new demand for urban architectural design.To meet the current needs of urban development,it is necessary to transform and upgrade buildings in urban renewal.Governments at all levels pay more and more attention to the old city renovation design in urban construction,which provides a certain boost to the healthy and sustainable development of cities in China.The unified and coordinated design of the urban renewal building renovation design and the urban development planning requires a comprehensive analysis of the relevant countermeasures and key points,so that the urban renewal building renovation work can be successfully implemented.
