摘 要:甲醇双氧水单腔体燃料电池是以甲醇为还原剂,双氧水为氧化剂的无质子交换膜燃料电池。与传统燃料电池相比,该燃料电池具备更低的成本,更高的能量效率,同时易于微型化和集成化,具有较强的应用前景。本工作以甲醇双氧水单腔体燃料电池阳极催化剂为开发目标,采用不同方法制备了以改性氧化石墨烯、碳黑XC-72以及改性XC-72为载体的Pt基多金属催化剂,考察了载体类型、金属组分以及制备方法对甲醇电氧化催化活性的影响,发现以碳黑XC-72为载体的水热合成法制备的Z-PtNi具有最高的活性。研究结果为甲醇阳极催化剂开发指明了方向,为甲醇双氧水单腔体燃料电池系统开发奠定了基础。Methanol-hydrogen peroxide single chamber fuel cell is a proton-free exchange membrane fuel cell with methanol as anode and hydrogen peroxide as cathode. Compared with traditional fuel cells, this fuel cell has lower cost, higher energy efficiency and is easy to miniaturize and integrate. It is regarded to be a promising research field. In this paper, Pt-based polymetallic catalysts with modified graphene oxide,carbon black XC-72 and modified XC-72 as carriers were prepared by different preparation methods. The effects of support types, metal components and preparation methods on the catalytic activity of catalysts for methanol electrooxidation were investigated. It was found that Z-PtNi prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method using carbon black XC-72 as carrier had the highest activity. The results provided a direction for the development of methanol anode catalyst and also the development of methanol hydrogen peroxide single chamber fuel cell system.
