摘 要:利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、熔体流动速率仪、差示扫描量热仪、X射线衍射仪、电子万能试验机等研究了重复挤出对聚酰胺热塑性弹性体(Pebax 4033)化学结构、结晶性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:重复挤出后Pebax 4033性能的变化与挤出过程中发生的化学结构、结晶性能变化有关。随着重复挤出次数的增加,Pebax 4033分子链断裂,体系内出现了游离的羟基以及新的含羰基官能团,同时导致熔体流动速率增加;材料熔融温度和结晶温度上升,熔融焓和结晶焓下降,并且晶粒尺寸也不断下降,最终导致材料的拉伸强度下降。The effect of repeated extrusion on the chemical structure,crystalline properties and mechanical properties of polyamide thermoplastic elastomer(Pebax 4033)was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,melt flow rate,differential scanning calorimetry,X-ray diffraction and electronic universal testing machine.The results show that the changes in properties of Pebax 4033 after repeated extrusion are related to the changes in chemical structure and crystalline properties during extrusion.With the increase of repeated extrusion times,the molecular chain of Pebax 4033 is broken,free hydroxyl groups and new carbonyl-containing functional groups appear in the system.The melt flow rate of the material is increased.The melting temperature and crystallization temperature of the material increase,and the melting and crystallization enthalpy decrease.The grain size also decreases.The above reasons ultimately lead to a decrease in the tensile strength of the material.
