摘  要:采用过氧化物降解法生产高端医用无规共聚聚丙烯纤维专用料RP100R,在大庆炼化公司Spherizone聚丙烯装置上进行工业化生产,对两批次工业化产品RP100R-1和RP100R-2进行基本性能测试及微观结构表征,并在兴泰公司进行加工应用试验。结果表明:RP100R-1和RP100R-2熔体流动速率较高,熔体黏度低,相对分子质量分布窄,各项产品质量标准均达到国内同类产品水平,并得到下游用户认可。High-end medical random copolymer polypropylene fiber special material PR100R was produced by peroxide degradation method.The industrialized production was realized in the Spherizone polypropylene plant of Daqing petrochemical company.The basic properties and microstructure of two batches of industrial products RP100R-1 and RP100R-2 were tested,and processing and application tests were carried out in Xingtai company.The results show that RP100R-1 and RP100R-2 have higher melt flow rate,lower melt viscosity and narrower relative molecular mass distribution,and all the indexes have reached the level of similar products in China,and have been recognized by users.
